We recently had the pleasure of designing a stunning outdoor event at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, showcasing the beauty of their Portico Terrace. The breathtaking atmosphere was elevated with our Fire Pit, String Lighting Package, and rustic Wooden Benches – a perfect combination for an evening filled with warmth, charm, and elegance. A Grand Entrance

As guests arrived, they were greeted by a Rustic Wood Log Entrance, a masterpiece that set the tone for the evening. This unique arch was adorned with branches, fern leaves, wildflowers, and mini flickering lights, reminiscent of enchanting fireflies lighting up the night.
A custom-designed welcome sign added a personal touch, hanging elegantly from the arch. To further enhance the natural charm, wooden signs directing guests to various event areas were placed strategically on the arch. At its base, plants and small trees complemented the rustic aesthetic, while vintage lanterns draped with moss and leaves added a magical glow.

The Cozy Lounge Area

The highlight of the evening was our cozy Lounge Area, centered around a magnificent Stone Fire Pit with a live flame. The fire pit not only added warmth to the crisp evening but also created a focal point where guests gathered for conversation and relaxation. The soft flicker of the flames brought an inviting ambiance that everyone enjoyed.
Surrounding the fire pit were dark wooden Adirondack chairs, offering comfort and style. These sturdy yet elegant chairs provided a rustic charm that perfectly complemented the natural surroundings of the Portico Terrace.
To elevate the space further, our String Lighting Package added a magical glow. Light strands stretched across the area, creating a canopy of warm, twinkling lights that mimicked a starlit sky. Two ferns rested gracefully at the base of each truss, blending nature seamlessly into the design.
