On February 28th, we had the honor of joining the African American Chamber of Commerce at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort for the 21st Annual Eagle Awards Gala—a night dedicated to celebrating the region’s most dynamic businesses and entrepreneurs.

It was a night to remember, perfectly capturing the magic of A Night in New Orleans! Our team took the lead in crafting some truly spectacular decor, transforming the space into a luxurious, jazz-infused spectacle.

Step-and-Repeat Backdrop & Custom Violet Carpet

Who doesn’t love a red carpet moment? There’s something special about being recognized for your achievements and stepping onto a stage that feels as grand as the Oscars or the Grammys. But for this event, we decided to ditch the classic red carpet and go bold—with a plush, deep purple runner. This regal hue ties beautifully into the vibrancy of New Orleans culture, setting the stage for an unforgettable entrance.

At the heart of the setup was a sleek branded backdrop showcasing the event’s sponsors, including Disney, AdventHealth, and JPMorgan Chase & Co.—perfect for capturing those red-carpet-worthy moments.

To elevate the experience, we flanked the backdrop with lush hedge walls framed in rich dark wood, adding a layer of sophistication and contrast. And tying it all together? Two striking vertical banners featuring gold lettering, deep jewel tones, and New Orleans-inspired details like a saxophone and city skyline—bringing the event’s theme to life in the most elegant way possible.

The Showstopper: A Giant Golden Saxophone

What’s a Night in New Orleans without the soul of jazz? Our show-stopping centerpiece was a massive golden saxophone sculpture—an eye-catching tribute to the city’s legendary music scene.
Finished in a striking metallic gold, this oversized masterpiece instantly commanded attention. Perched on a custom-built black, red, and white pedestal with built-in lighting panels, it radiated a theatrical, larger-than-life presence. Behind it, rich golden drapery added depth and movement, evoking the elegance of a classic jazz club.

Whether it was the backdrop for speeches, awards presentations, or unforgettable photo moments, this installation truly set the stage for an immersive New Orleans experience.
