Gondolas & Citrus Swings: A Tangy Take on Italian Elegance

What’s more Italian than the Colosseum or the Vatican? How about a Venetian gondola experience—right here in sunny Florida!

This eye-catching setup transported guests straight to Venice, complete with a vivid Grand Canal backdrop and the iconic dome of Santa Maria della Salute. At the heart of it all: a custom-built gondola photo op in rich brown with elegant gold detailing, a classic oar, and all the charm of Italy’s floating city.

But we didn’t stop there.
To give the event a playful, refreshing twist, we added our Citrus-Inspired Swing. Set against a lush boxwood wall accented with vibrant faux florals and lemons, the centerpiece was a 3-foot-wide lemon slice bench—perfect for one guest to sit, with room for others to pose behind. The surrounding truss structure, finished in a warm natural wood stain, added rustic balance to the bold citrus tones.

Bringing La Dolce Vita to Life—With Flowers, Lamps & Signs

We brought a taste of Italy to Florida, guiding guests along the way with charming directional signs placed both indoors and outdoors. From Naples to Milan, Venice to Capri, and Florence—each sign pointed the way through a Mediterranean-inspired journey. At the base, lush greenery and foliage echoed the rustic beauty of the Amalfi Coast.

To enhance the atmosphere, we included faux topiaries and tall ficus trees with braided trunks, nestled in wooden pots and accented with faux lemons for a citrus-kissed touch.
And for a final flourish? Elegant Italian street lamps, standing 7.5 feet tall, cast a warm, romantic glow—bringing the timeless ambiance of a European piazza to life.

When Life Gives You Lemons... Turn It Into a Bar!

This citrus-inspired bar setup is a fresh showstopper—ideal for events that want a pop of personality and a splash of La Dolce Vita flair.

The front-facing bar is finished in sleek, classic white and features a striking shadow box filled with faux lemons, beautifully framed behind a clear plexi panel. It’s a vibrant, playful element that adds texture and color while keeping the overall look clean and modern.

Behind the bar, a custom back unit stands tall with three open shelving tiers—perfect for bartenders or themed displays. The structure is fully finished in crisp white, with a top surface that can be styled with candles, florals, or converted into a glowing lightbox for signage.

To amplify the citrusy charm, the shelves are scattered with loose faux lemons and lemon leaves, while glass cylinders filled with lemons add visual interest and height. Topiary trees on either side round out the look with fresh greenery and sophistication.

The final effect? Bright, cheerful, and effortlessly elegant—proof that even a bar setup can become a statement piece.
