That’s exactly what we did at the Maitland Art & History Museum, turning an outdoor space into a vibrant, sun-soaked celebration!

How Did We Create the Ultimate Beach Bash?

Planning a beach-themed event? It’s easier than you think! Just picture swaying palm trees, colorful Adirondack chairs, surfboards, and a stylish bar serving refreshing drinks. Add some glowing decor, and boom—you’ve got yourself a beach party!

Adirondack Chairs – The Ultimate Chill Spot

No beach party is complete without classic Adirondack chairs! We set up a row of bright, colorful chairs that became the go-to lounge area for guests to kick back, soak up the sun, and enjoy the perfect Florida day.

Insta-Worthy Photo Ops

A party isn’t really a party without a killer photo backdrop, right? Our Ivy Boxwood Hedge was a huge hit, giving guests the perfect setting for snapshots. This lush green hedge stands 8 feet tall, framed in a sleek wooden base, and looks great from every angle. To add a little extra summer flair, we topped it with our Tropical Accent Package—a mix of vibrant faux tropical leaves and flowers.

Coastal Bar Vibes

Every great event needs a central hangout spot, and our Whitewash Geo Bar Surround was just that. With a cool geometric wood design, a crisp whitewash finish, and a sleek gold top, this bar became the go-to refreshment station. Guests couldn’t resist stopping by for a drink before hitting the dance floor!

Setting the Scene with LED Palms & Surfboards

To complete the beach atmosphere, we lined the perimeter with tall LED palm trees, glowing surfboards, and a lifeguard stand that doubled as another fun photo op! The palm trees lit up in warm beachy colors—two red, two yellow, one orange, and one green—setting the perfect laid-back vibe.

Our surfboards stood tall at 8 feet, glowing from below with customizable up-lighting to match the client’s color scheme. Simple, stylish, and oh-so-beachy!
